Julie is your admin “go to” person. She always says “don’t let Doug handle the paperwork…..”.
With her organizational skills and timely follow through, Julie is the engine behind the job of keeping everything straight and inline. Insurance can be very paper intensive and without good organization things can easily “fall through the cracks”.
On top of managing Doug’s schedule, Julie conducts billing audits, problem resolution, and administrative contact for clients daily needs and questions.
